Ordering & care
Your design reference
Your custom rendering is the design reference for your finished charm. Minor variations may occur during production. If your design requires a modification or additional pricing because of unusually high metal volume, we’ll contact you for approval before production. No changes or additional charges will be made without your consent.
Your selected rendering and specifications are saved with your order. Payment is collected upfront. If an adjustment is necessary, production is held while you review it in your account. Approval of an additional price does not automatically charge your card.
Sizing & construction
Small, Medium, and Large refer to an average body height and width of 8, 10, and 12 mm, respectively. Separate attachment rings are excluded. Shapes retain their proportions, so a slender design can be longer than a compact design in the same size. Fine details may be less visible at smaller sizes.
Sterling silver and Small charms are solid. Medium and Large gold charms can be solid or hollow. Hollow construction receives 25% off the base charm price and targets a 1 mm wall. Attachment upgrades remain full price. Necklace charms include your choice of a 4 mm or 5 mm inner-diameter jump ring. Optional 1 mm cable chains adjust from 16–20 inches and are priced separately; bracelet add-ons are not currently offered. Hollow savings apply to the charm only, not the chain.
Production & delivery
Production lead time is 1–2 weeks. Delivery time is additional. Design changes or time awaiting your approval may extend production; we will contact you about delays.
Shipping is $8.00 within the United States and $30.00 to Canada and supported European destinations. Choose your country before checkout. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or carrier clearance charges on arrival; these are the recipient’s responsibility unless included at checkout or otherwise required by law.
14-day returns
You may request a return of your custom charm within 14 days of delivery. A 10% restocking fee applies to the charm price paid, including its selected attachment and excluding tax and shipping. You do not need to give a reason for a change-of-mind return.
Email hello@charmingly.me with your order number to receive return instructions. Return the charm in its original, undamaged condition, with its packaging, within 14 days after requesting the return. Trying it on is fine; altered or damaged items are not eligible for this voluntary change-of-mind policy.
For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping and original shipping is not refunded. Use tracked, suitably insured shipping. Once the returned charm is inspected, we will issue the eligible refund to the original payment method, including the applicable tax adjustment. We aim to process refunds within 7 business days of receiving the return; your bank may take additional time.
Example: returning a $350 charm incurs a $35 restocking fee, leaving a $315 item refund, plus the applicable tax adjustment. Original and return shipping are excluded.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us if an item arrives damaged, is defective, or does not match the agreed design. These issues are handled separately: the 10% restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping do not apply to a confirmed studio error or defect. We will arrange the appropriate repair, replacement, or refund. The 14-day voluntary return window does not limit any statutory rights or remedies.
Cancellations
Contact us promptly to cancel before production starts. Cancellations before production receive a full refund. If production has started, contact the studio; the 10% restocking policy applies to voluntary cancellation or return of the completed charm, subject to any rights required by law.
Where applicable consumer law gives you greater rights, those rights take precedence over this policy, including any required refund of shipping or exemption from fees.

Handle your charm gently and store it separately to protect its surface. Contact the studio for care advice specific to your metal and design.
